Cragganmore 1999 – 20 Year Old – Special Releases 2020 Single Malt Scotch Whisky Tasting Notes

Nose: The mellow nose is sweet overall, revealing fruity top notes of ripe pear, soft melon and green banana, then more savoury hints of soft glove leather and sanded hardwood.

Palate: The texture is creamy-smooth while the taste is rich and not quite as sweet, delightfully balanced by a savoury mid-palate.

Finish: The finish is long, velvety and spicy-dry.

Cragganmore is a Scotch whisky distillery situated in the village of Ballindalloch in Banffshire, Scotland. The distillery was founded in 1869 by John Smith on land leased from Sir George Macpherson-Grant.
